• Initial Assessment

• Fully bespoke plan based around the initial assessment

• Any changes needed for up to 6 weeks after having the program. It usually takes about a month to settle into a program and perfect it.

• You will receive a very detailed plan with each session mapped out and explained thoroughly.

• 24/7 Support for up to 6 weeks regarding the training plan
