ONE TO ONE TRAINING

An intense training and full technique work with all aspects explained thoroughly. You will be guided with training recommendations on volume and frequency based off of your current physique as well as any structural issues that need to be worked around or addressed through training. The  desire here is to make everything as progressive as possible for you by fully equipping you with the right approach and protocol in order to make quantifiable results through our time together as we work as a team towards your goals.
