However you cant help but be drawn to Ammar's larger then life character and be immediately put at ease as he has time for everyone, client or not. “Ammar’s greatest strength as a trainer is his ability to push you extremely hard, to the point where you feel you got an amazing workout, without pushing too hard (to the point where you never want to train with him again). I am always completely drained at the end of our workouts (which is how I like it). With that in mind, he is best suited to clients who want to be pushed, and probably not a good fit for those who just want to go through the motions. Another characteristic of Ammar’s training style that makes him a good match for me personally is his focus on avoiding injury. I would much rather go light/easy than get injured, and he is extremely supportive of this style (having dealt with his own injuries in the past).
